Welcome to Restaurant Consulting Group, Inc.

Established in 2005 by Independent Restaurateurs to save money and compete in an ever changing market, RCGI is a cooperative of independent restaurant owners working together to buy the products and services they need at the volume discounts usually reserved for big chains. RCGI was founded by Pete Poulis and Mark Bicknell, who have been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years each. They have built partnerships with manufacturers that empower restaurants by giving them the buying power needed to achieve large chain volume buying without sacrificing their independence.

In addition to saving our members thousands of dollars each year, other benefits include professional consulting services, rebate tracking, contract negotiations, commodity forward buys, employee training, menu engineering and design, and food safety.
